Return Process

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and zip code to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Pack Your Item

  Securely place the dress in its original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact and the garment is in its original condition.

  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
